This giant billboard is located in the busiest shopping district in Chengdu. It conveniently covers up the construction of a new building that's going on behind it.
Every Chinese city now looks like they are having some acne breakout. Old houses are torn down to make way for new ones. In some cases where funds are not coming in fast enough, the destruction had been done but the construction could not go on, leaving the debris like giant scars.
